Don't use mh they are not safe, with the plug-ins required. I used to use this program. It only reads the memory, I believe, so should be rather safe.

i also wanna find out how to read item level without using any sorts of plugins. have anyone tried the program mentioned up there? is it safe, is it really only read memory?

just tried again, again, and again. the ilvl program i downloaded from this site does not work. maybe it's cuz i wasn't running d2loader and that's why? i dont know.

the program feels fishy anyway, i think ill start taking notes on my items, where i got it and all that...

yes you need to be running d2loader, in theory it should be 100% safe since it reads memory.
