Need help with d2multitool plz.

I have ran d2multitool for around 2 years I guess and I love everything about it but I have just recently had to put my pc in the shop and when I got it back d2multitool wouldnt work properly. I use to be able to have both windows side by side and see the lions share of each window but when I tried to run multitool it was in large window mode. I went into properties and set the window size to minimal, which I believe should have accomplished what I needed. Now with the window size set to minimum the picture inside of the window is of balance and at the screen where you pick battlenet or single player I can't even see the button that says exit. It's like the size of the window got smaller like I wanted but everything inside the window stayed the large size.

This is about the best I can explain this and I hope some of you guys can help me out. Thanks in advance for all the replies.
