I have played this game for a long time and have never known what FBR does. I mean I got an idea of what it does and the purpose it serves but I would like to be sure. I also need the break points for FBR on a necro if it has them and I am sure it does. So if any of you guys could give a bit of info towards fbr and its break points for a necro I would be greatfull. Thanks in advance for the replies.

FBR = Faster Block Rate...Necromancer FBR Frames 0% 11 6% 10 13% 9 20% 8 32% 7 52% 6 86% 5 174% 4 600% 3

In battle net there is a sticky in general forums where you can see all the breakpoints of every character.
