Aite. This took me tons and tons of rebuilding to finally get it work. My old builds worked good, but me and a friend have came up with what we think is the best mf sorc build for orber. I kno people like blizz over orb, but this is a sick build. So lets start with the Skills, then gear, and finish with stats and how to use this baby.
Skills: (in this order max)
20 ice bolt
20 orb
20 cold mastery
20 thunderstorm
20 light mastery
(1 into all the prequists for the cold tree and light tree ((including telekinisi, tele, and eshield)
1 into warmth as well (thats a given)
Gear:
Wep: Ist'd occy (80% mf) (+3 skills, res)
Helm: Ist's shako (75% mf) (+2 skills, life, mana, 2 to stats)
Armor: Ap Chains of Honor (25% mf) (+2 skills, res, strength)
Shield: 4 Ist'd Monarch (100% mf ^_^)
Gloves: Chance Guards (40% mf)
Boots: War Travelers (50% mf)
Rings: 2x nagels (30 each = 60% mf)
Belt: Goldwrap (30% mf)
Ammy: Tals works good for skills, but i use a (+2 cold, 10%fcr, +strength)
On switch--- Call to Arms and Spirit Monarch
Inventory:
29x 7% mf small charms (196% mf)
Gheeds Fortune Grand Charm (40% mf)
Sorceress Hellfire Large Charm (+3 skills, + attributes, + resistences)
Annihilus Small Charm (+1 skills, + attributes, + resistences, + %exp gained)
Horadic Cube (since ur inv is filled, u can put ur findings here)
Tomb of Town Portal (just incase u run into a problem lol)
Stats:
Str- well what i did was add up all the + str (atts) and minused it from 156 (i got 81 base str)
Dex- who needs this? lol none here
Vit- like 100 pts here
Energy- I with about 1k mana with gear on

Basically just tele to them static field and orb to death...should take no more then 5. I got no problem with them at all, nvr die either so thats a bonus. Gear gives tons of mf plus skills to pump up orb damage so your not loosing any due to mf. So have fun and hope you enjoy
