If I'm correct about what you're asking, you're asking for a good D2 store site to buy items off of. Go to Weid2.com. I checked a lot of stores recently to see the cheapest, so if I one day had to buy something, and they look the cheapest. At least the runes do by about $3.

what i am asking is how do some websites that sell diablo 2 stuff, how do they have the option to buy characters? i mean they say dont access your account till you have received a msg that your character has reached lvl 90. Since you can buy characters for different levels. So my question is how do they get your character up to the desired level so quickly?

I think they just lvl it up for you. Glitching to hell and chaos. Just my guess. Unless they are in it with D2. Probably not.

wow glitching to hell cool. B/c you can get a character to lvl 90 w/o getting quests. They charge you for quests and if you dont buy them then no worries your lvl 90 heh. The thing is how can you get to lvl 90 in just normal if you never beet any quest lol.

they do beat the quests they just don't beat the extra quests just the quests that get you through the Acts

They glitch rush through every quest with characters that are bought, then set up a private trist game and have killer, some other person, and 6 others that level.
