So I was reading a druid build guide, and it suggested the amulet, crafted +2druid skills and 19-20% fcr. I looked up crafting on Arreat Summit and it said crafted amulets can only get 5-10 faster cast rate.
If anyone could clarify this for me, and just in general give me some tips on crafting (such as crafting specific class skills?) I'd really appreciate it. You can reply to me here or on Uswest. *xOutbreak

That is the basic affix it will always come with(at a high level*ilvl+71?*). So if you get that plus the %FCR suffix, as one of your affixes, you'll have 11%-20% fcr on the amulet. As

Ic Ic. Any info on crafting specific class ammys? Or is it all random.

The class is random/number of + to skills is all random. GL on trying to make a gfg crafted amulet you'll probably need it, lol.

Truth. It's difficult getting all the stuff needed. Unless you like spend a hr on bulk which I don't want to do.
