Anyone know if the thing that Ebay did to prevent WoW account seeling on their website is applied to d2 accounts? and if it is anyone know a website to sell d2 accounts?

Ebay doesnt allow any selling of stuff that has no shipping now. I cant tell a site since its against rules of advertising.
