need hlp wit cerbs mephbot

hi im new to bots and such and ive been having some trouble with cerbs mephbot. it will join a game but once it gets to the wp it just stops ( or sometimes it wont even make it to the wp b4 stoping). also ill get an error that says "We got a big problem here guys". if some one could plz tell me how to fix this it would be very appreciated,

i get the same message of the we got a big problem here guys too, but i think the reason why its quitting is because your not usen the d2loader that it told u to download in the readme file, and if you already have, im stumped
