I guarantee this is safe, as i've been using it for months now with no problem.
Steps:
1/ I'm not going to go into depth on the features, as it would be much quicker to simply read the readme. The library itself as well as its complimentary loader were compiled using VC++ 8 (Visual Studio 2005), and being as Microsoft hasn't gotten off their collective asses and managed to put out a Windows update containing msvcr80.dll, you will have to install it manually. And by manually, I mean run the installer called "mergemodules.msi" found in the .zip file.
In order to use this, you will need the now released MSVC++ 8.0 runtime files. You can find these on the Microsoft website.
2/ Load the Loader.exe file in order to inject the hack (SAFE)
3/ Log in as you normally would !
4/ ENJOY !
