need color code help

i need a program that can give me color codes (in rgb form would be nice)
or i need some really good color code sites confused:

Just google it. I'm not 100% what you need, but is something like Web Color Chart - Hexadecimal - by VisiBone useful? You can switch to Decimal RGB with a link near top.

edit: never mind photoshop cs lets me find the color codes on the screen shots by putting my mouse over the cheats seen on the screen shots


i have screen shots of hackers running cheats and i need the color codes from them but i can't seem to match them right so my programs cheat detection will pick it up
