Frenzy Barb???

I was thinking about some fun Characters to make as my next main. I kept coming back to the Barbarian and Paladin. Two of my favorites. i did not want to make a Paladin because i have made a lot. So i said Barbarian. Well i dont want to make a WW Barb so i said why not Frenzy. I made on real quick using hero editor and he was awesome and fun. Does about 5K max and i was wondering if anyone knows how to make one that is really good and can do better than 5K damage with at least 13K defense with shout (Preferably more) Thanks

i would just mess around in hero editor until the barb is made how you like him and then get the gear that you need online man.
