maybe 2 hrs

you can trade a 7% MF sc for a HR itself, so one with 5 resist would prolly be worth 2.

no... 5 res sc's are worth 4-5 hrs on useast nl and 7mf sc is 1hr so 5-6 hrs maybe more beings there both together and high as they can be.
