This is what i use for ubers, i can solo trist, no anni or torch.

Skills:

Max:Sacrifice, Zeal, Smite, Holy Shield.
Rest:Fanaticism.

Gear:
Helm: Um'd Guillames Face
Armor: DS CoH
Treachery GH - for fade
Boots:Gores
Gloves: 14str Dracs
Belt:36/12 Dungos
Wep: 38/390 grief
Shield: Vortex Exile
Ammy:Highlords
Rings:Carrion/Raven

Works for me, what do you think ?

Btw, Zeal/Smite Hybrid
