He is not afraid to incorperate new games/ideas/changes...this is reflected in how different we are now compared to how we started.
The second most important factor being this...Luke actually CARES what his members think.
I honestly can not tell you the hours he has spent picking my brain for ideas,or showing me various set-ups.He READS help and suggestions,he doesn't blow off what we think, and learns from our debates what is popular to most of us.
Most of us nowadays are busy with jobs, school, families. I still promote the site to anyone I speak to in real life as well as my many internet pals.
Anyone that has played FFXI with me for the past 4 years knows EXACTLY where my home site is.
I do not know how many points I have now,but used to give them away to others in need.
So...what I have is the ability to add to your reputation. If you want to forge your way into Legend status...make helpful tutorials, answer members questions,RECRUIT...ahem...and above all be active and POST.(Yes sexy Jedi...I am talking to you)
Bring people to the site...point out to me members you think are outstanding.Send PMs with suggestions/ideas!
I would like to see rep points in username info like it used to be.
I would like to see posted in FAQ,what the requirements are ,both in post count and Rep points, to graduate to each status.
I would like for Legends to be able to add Rep to members, and negative Rep abolished.(We will TELL you if you are retarded...really...we will)
Now time for a little feedback.
First, long quote, too tired to cut out certin points.

Agree 100%.... simple as that. (Pam, love the FAQ part... you know I'm really into that, I do it at any site I'm active on, shit I have a 56 page FAQ / Guide for one of my sites right now on my notepad.. lol =P, glad to see at least one person liked my old, but simple, FAQ.)
Also, I like how you mentioned that Luke actually CARES about the forum that has EVOLVED over the years. I remember being here in the first six months or so after it was made, that I joined....
Anyways.. good point, I believe there should be a seperate thread made on just Pamela's previous / quoted post. G'night.
