If you're of the mana-using class in World of Warcraft, you probably noticed a change in the waters of Azeroth. Apparently, drinking's been nerfed; mana no longer replenishes as swiftly if you drink too fast.
However, don't panic (too much). Poster Drysc said that the rule will apply to arenas, battlegrounds and world PvP. However, Blizzard poster Kalgan gave an update on this, saying that it would instead only apply inside arenas:
[...] We've decided to have that rule only apply inside arenas. It's an inconsistency, but one we're ok with to prevent water from feeling unnecessarily weird everywhere else.
