well i looked around and havent really seen a thread like this, so here i go!
ive been playing MMORPG's for a bit now on and off, first with Earth & beyond (curses you EA.. curses!) then tried out EVE.. never really got into it tho.. the gameplay was kinda slow and boring.. so anywayz. anyone got suggestions about games to try out? maybe even past experience with some.. anything!
im currently downloading the demo for Star Wars Galaxie from fileplanet and give it a try!

well a new game is comming out its called guild wars its commin out on 11/1/04 its free online so you dont have to pay to play it it looks really good its sopposed to look like everquest grahpics wise but the game play looks really good on the trailer i saw i think you should give it a try when it comes out untill then play diablo2 lod. cya i hope it helps!

godsmack, did you know guildwars is being made by a bunch of ex-blizzard employes? they some of the guys who worked on diablo1/2 starcraft and even one that help with setting up battle.net.. the ex-ceo is also part of the team!

try runescape. the game may look at bit outdated but the gameplay is still pretty good. either that or try runescape. the graphics in that game are really unique. not mention all the classes and subclasses of characters in that game. you can get a trial version of it at first but you can get the full version for cheap. although i cant remember if their is a monthly fee after that....

Go try Matrixonline. But the drawback is you gotta pay monthly.
