WoW bug report: Hotfix for stat stacking not working

In Blizzard's World of Warcraft, bugs can seriously wreck havoc. Well, actually, they can be considered a good thing by others, but to many, it's just a simple no-no.

Apparently, Oom from the Draenor realm posted th bug she encountered when casting the Starfire spell. If you guys take a closer look at the screenshot provided in this article, Oom's spell was able to deal 837,896 Arcane damage to an opponent.

Noticing that the stat stacking bug operational, even though Blizzard has already announced that a hotfix has already been provided for it. In fact, Community Manager Hortus even said "When did this happen? A fix was put in this morning to resolve this issue, if it's still happening then we need to investigate further."
