How do absorbs work?
If, say, your resistances are 0, what damage do you take?
Does it nullify your need for high resists?
Or, what effect would it have if not?

absorb takes elemental damage n add it to ur health

I was wondering...
u see..if an enemy does 100 lite dmg exactly....and ure supposed to take exactly 100 dmg [no resist and no def]...and if i absorb 50% lite...ill heal 50 hp...and ill take 50 hp also...means i do not have to take dmg at all???

Yeah, that's how it works... so if you're wearing 2 lightsabres (unique phase blade), then you'll be basically immune to lightning, because each one absorbs 25%. You can also wear dual wisp projectors (10-20% absorb), to get almost the same effect. Throw in a Thundergod's Vigor maybe .
