World of Warcraft: lowered Armor ratings with new PTR items noted

It seems like some of the posters on the World of Warcraft forums have noted a small inconsistency with some of the new gear found in the latest 2.4 PTR currently being implemented.

In particular, poster Sabindeus noticed that the level 141 armor items currently available have rather "dumbed down" stats comparable with the level 128 items being offered at Zul'Aman.

To cite a specific example, the new Legionbane Greaves of Adyen gives the same amount of Armor as Zul'Aman's Jungle Stompers (1105 Armor). While all other stats seem adequate for items according to their level, the lowered Armor bonus definitely leaves tank builds with very little options to go for aside from the lower leveled items.

Fortunately, this was confirmed as a bug by Blizzard poster Hortus in a later reply. Hortus promised to look into the matter as all the new gear are still being tested and will update everyone on any new changes once they've compiled all the data.
