it looks like players have responded well to Blizzard's call for more World of Warcraft fan art - so much so that Blizzard has decided to feature three of them all in one go. The three new pieces of WoW fan art are entitled "Darkshore", "Lady Vashj" and "Prince of Blood" - all by Jian Guo.
"Darkshore" features a lone female night elf staring placidly out to sea. "Lady Vashj" is Jian Guo's interpretation of the Naga sorceress, formerly drawn by fellow artist Cyril Roland. "Prince of Blood" is perhaps the creepiest of the three. The expression that Guo painted on Prince Kael'thas' face seems to capture the very essence of the Blood Elf addiction to magic.
Blizzard may have a lot of WoW fan art in its archives, but that doesn't mean that there isn't room for more. Should you feel inspired to draw fan art of your own, why not send it in? Who knows, your artwork may just be the next one that Blizzard will feature.
