WoW's Hortus: lack of CC non-breaking effects of skills not a bug

Blizzard QA Hortus responded to a thread at the official forums of World of Warcraft earlier, where a puzzled Ahwas of Scarlet Crusade reported the most peculiar ability bug: the Hunter's Multishot feat now breaks crowd control effects, despite being a CC non-breaking skill in earlier builds.

The technically apt gnome and blue poster said that the missing non-breaking CC effect is not a bug - in fact, it's part of the changes to the new live server build.

And the changes aren't limited to just hunters. Other skills previously blessed with CC non-breaking effects now will act like most other skills that disrupt crowd control effects, though an exact list of those skills wasn't found at press time. Hortus also said that the patch notes may have not been updated fully, but that's a given after Blizzard also unveiled that many other changes never make it to the public patch notes.

As we wait for further updates on this development, players will have to test out which skills don't break up crowd control and adjust their tactics accordingly. This would ring truer for those experienced raiders whose tactics have been almost routine throughout their raiding career.
