The community manager posted a thread to announce that they have just concluded testing for both the PTR and Tournament Test Realms.
In line with that news, Drysc also sends a hearty congratulations to all the adventurers who put themselves in harm's way of the realms' bugs and issues. Here are his exact words:
The doors to the 2.4 Public Test Realm and Tournament Test Realm are now closing. We wanted to thank everyone for their participation and bug reports, and we'll see you on the live realms!
And quite a few bugs there were in this patch - who will forget all those times the Sunwell Plateau instance had to be closed down on account of its difficulty issues? On the other hand, the instance did give us plenty of opportunities to scout Kil'Jaeden the Deceiver, who plays a major role in WoW's central plot.
Whatever the case, consider this announcement your cue to ready for the imminent release of patch 2.4 to the public realms. Keep checking back here at QJ.NET for more World of Warcraft updates.
