Pindles title bar says TC37 not 87?

I was doing my usual pindle runs, not with much luck but thats another story, then i noticed that on his name in sayed his treasure class was 37 (TC37) not the normal 87 (TC87). Is this just a glitch, have i never noticed it before, or have blizzard changed his treasure class quietly?

Oh forgot to say this is on the European servers.

Its TC 39, I checked it with more than 1 character his treasure class has changed!

Yeah in Hell, ive been rechecking it. Says TC39, all his little minions have TC87 over theyre names though, his has changed.
