Nutcracker?

I juts downloaded the nutcracker program thinking about running around with Mephisto ball of death thingy and when I started it i saved all the skills I want, but how do I get them onto mny character into the game?

it doenst quite work. Nutcracker hasnt be able to work since 1.09 came out. on occasion it will cause of a glitch but when it works its handy. it should activate when you set it to activate the skill
