Question about Fc/NightLight

Here's the short version:

Awhile back I downloaded Fc mod from here, followed the steps, and it worked fine.

Recently I cleared out D2 completely from my system, and re-installed.

I downloaded Fc and NightLight to use Nightlight as the "support" mod to get Fc to work.

Now: Fc won't work, NightLight won't work

The files I downloaded from this site didn't contain Data/Global/Excel folders

I MADE Data/Global/Excel in my D2 Folder as a result: My Tmc mod works fine

I did every step as listed in both the Fc/NightLight readme's (with the exception of copying the "Data" folder, since there was none)

Can someone check to see if perhaps the 2 files I downloaded might not be complete files?

If making my own Data folder (in the D2 folder) wasn't the right move, can someone tell me what is the right move?
