Cancer Dude gets D3

This guy says he has a beta version of D3 because he blizz gave it to him from the make-a-wish foundation cause he has cancer and is going to die in August. Sounds convincing, but many videos and websites claim the game footage he uses is really from the gameplay trailer on blizz.
