Please help with hero editor!

Hey guys, I'm new to the editing thing and I've searched everywhere. I read a post about someone having problems with Vista and a hero editor, and V 1.12 od LOD. Well I can edit my single players fine, but my bnet players don't show up in the editor. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Thanks!

I am lacking in the required post count on this site to post a URL. I am sorry that I did not know this and I will make an effort to correct this.

Battle.net players will not come up for hero editor, hero editor is strictly only for "Open Battle.net" and single player.
