im just wondering how to build a 1.10 pure bowazon
items isnt a concern
what stats should i put into
what skills to put into
how to build either fire or ice bowazon
if someone can help it would be nice

You have a few options.
Freezing arrow is way better than immo, so max that and its synergy cold arrow. Then you can either max strafe or multishot. The rest of your points can go into the 3 evade skills, until you have a roughly 50% to dodge any attack. Then you can put points into valk if you want one, or you can continue FA's synergy in ice arrow, which gives less of a bonus.

Stats
enough str for gear
As much dex as you can bear
Everything you don't put into dex should go into vit, but not too much because you won't be able to take many hits and survive without the right gear no matter what
