Hurricane for Sorc?

Is it possible to make something in Hero Editor so the Hurricane lasts longer then 10 seconds? ^^

Is this an +oskill you got for your sorc, because I was pretty sure Hurricane is a Druid skill (havn't played vanilla LoD in awhile so I'm not sure of +oskills on items anymore). Anywho, if the synergy still exists, last time I checked on Arreat Summit, Hurricane gets a synergy of +2sec/lv from Cyclone Armor. Other than that, Hurricane itself has a default length of 10 seconds, and can't be changed without editing the skills via going into the Diablo 2 files, which can be a messy business if you don't know what to do.

I'm not sure if this synergy is hard points only, but you could try giving an item the +oskill of Cyclone Armor. This should boost the length of Hurricane, because AFAIK Hero's Editor is really only there as an item editor, not a powered skill editor (although I don't know how or what hexing does, so I don't know about that). I guess it's impossible.
I don't believe that synergies can work together with a skill if you are a character who are not supposed to have that skill.

Perhaps anyone know if this is true?
