Speed BP on Berserker Axes

Hey again.

I just got a quick question.
With a normal berserker axe, you need 86% IAS to reach the breakpoint, bouth for smite and normal attack.

I gonna make a Grief Runeword in it, and the question then is:

Is it realy that simple that the formula to get 86% is "86-40=46" where i assume i got a 40% IAS grief and i need 46% more IAS to reach 86% in total?

Yes, it is that simple indeed.
All kinds of IAS% effects are just added on top of each other, with skills and auras, etc.
Whenever in doubt, use:

Cannot go wrong with that.
