Help with Udie Too

I'm using Udie Too to save my Median 2008 characters and items, and it works mostly..

Firstly, when I open it up, I get an error saying "Itemstatcost.txt Save Bits does not match Properties.txt Line 1 - ID 0 Bitsize 12". So I hit OK and it keeps going. It gets to the character load screen and I select a character and open it up.

The problem though, is that when I load up the character, I will get like 50 errors saying "Unknown Item Code '___' Will show up as a torch" and then any special charms, like the Sunstones or the Laser Focus Crystal and stuff will show up as a torch. I can't figure out how to fix this problem.

Now, after that, I go to the Item Store. The items do not match the items in the game and select the Sets tab. Udie Too will then freeze for a second and then crash. If I use a normal Diablo 2 character, then everything works fine, except the error at the beginning. Even the Sets tab works.

Can someone help me please?

Maybe it's not LoD compatible? Myinnunno.

Use Hero Editor, it's a bajillion times better.

Ahahaha... Oh, good one. Did I mention using Median? And that it's Udie Too? Okay, just thought I'd bring it back up. Yes, it IS LoD compatible. I have used it before and it worked fine, but after a computer crash I don't know why it's not working.

Median is NOT compatible with ANY editor except Udie, because Udie has the ability to modify itself to match the game or something to that extent. Zonfire has nothing on Udie, I don't see Zonfire adding Catharsis and Arcane Fury skills to items. Zonfire just can't compare to something that can adapt to mods that have been completely remade.

The problem still stands though. I managed to fix up my Median a little to get it Bnet capable from the patch. Blech.

just put all ur items in stash/cube then items wont get turned into torches

Median modifies the code to Diablo2. Udie too was made specifically for Diablo 2. I tried it to, but once I got those errors I just closed out udie.

If you were going to do anything, just try duplicating items and only that.

Okay.. I've been at boot camp for the past 2 months and I just graduated so I'll be able to reply when I get my computer back and set up. I'm on a computer in the NEX right now, so yeah. I can't just stay on it forever and whatnot. :/

@Slipk: It affects items inside the cube as well, and what I was concerned ith was making it so that I can mess around with the items and stuff, which I can do.. But if they're torches, that can't happen.

@Blue: Yeah, I gave up when I got those errors too, but then I had recently (Before I left for Boot Camp) found a semi-fix to this problem. It fixes most of the items, minus a couple of things in there, meaning that the special charms work again and the shop works again, but a few things still don't work and I'm trying to fix that. I'll update you guys as soon as I can.. Meaning when I get to my A-School in Florida, and when I get my computer back and stuff. Yeah, the computer is kinda important. xDD
