mMap freezing up

why does mMap freeze up on me? i have to reboot whole comp when it does it.

When this has happened to me, it was due to a poor pc and not enough ram.
My video card was poor and it had limited hd space.
Check to make sure you have a healthy computer and if you do then just try and re install d2, it may be due to compatibility issues from old mods installed.

Did you edit any of the settings, and are you using d2loader with any particular extensions beside the basic ones (-w, name, auto)?

maybe ur proccesor or something is too low for it like ram maybe change ur video settings to the other one on video test

or you could try another program. seems like the maphacks out there right now are very poorly written. am kinda disappointed this site keeps promoting them, actually.this is what i currently use:http://www.*************.cc/viewtopic.php?t=400318

sry, they apparently have filtering on. name of program is RevealFurther. works good w/ NO crashes.
