ive never played a hammerdin before, i have access to literally the best items in the game i can trade for anything

can anyone tell me what the ideal pvm hammerdin skill tree looks like

and the absolute best possible item for every single space is

my points for it like vigor and concentration are filled up but i still do 4k i dont have a shit load of charms but i should be doing more then that eh?
