gamer88 is a safe site i have bought items off their before but i have not bought cd keys off there. but all their items and delivery is good and they are cheap to buy off aswell

I know its late to be answering this but just saw the question on a google search for something else. I would NEVER buy cd-keys from this place again. I bought one set and as soon as I tried logging into battle-net I got the error that the cd keys were restricted. After emailing Gamer88 several times I was totally ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

As for you, I suggest you not add a bank account to paypal, they are horrible with bank accounts, they have made me go into negative twice and had to pay overdraft fees.

Just add a credit card of a debit card. You have to have some sort of card to make purchases even though you have money in the paypal account.
