I don't like turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, stuffing, or cranberry sauce :-( . I just had a normal dinner last night, while everyone else in my family had a Thanksgiving feast.

I didn't get a chance to eat with my family or friends because I am in stationed in Japan. Nor will I spend Christmas with them. Count yourselves lucky that you have what you all take for granted. I didn't noticed all the things I have actually lost until after I joined and sacerficed them. Stop this stupid blabbering. It is pointless and degrading.

Now, on Saturday I will be celerbrationg Thanksgiving at one of my SSgt's house so all is not totally lost.

Really? My brother's is stationed in Japan too.
In a few months though, he's heading to Iraq again..
