i dunno, man, u can't judge ppl just with what they type on a forum daily. it gives a good idea of how the person is but doesn't show their capabilities of being a good leader.

Math..you can not get people on a forum to follow you...this is NOT indicative of leadership ability......I CAN get people to follow me both In real life and on line.....this should tell you something.
Leading to me is like breathing...it is just who I am.Is this not the starting question?

Leading is something both a gift and learned.I had millitary training,but even in JR.High I was leading groups.Techniques can be taught as skill.

A true leader does not have to ASK to be followed...people are WILLING to got to the ends of the earth for them.
This is not something taught..it comes from within.The ability to bring a group together and have them listen to you.
