Well, at least Wikipedia says that Slovenska wasn't a very important part of Hungary at the time of its secession. And you guys already didn't like eachother much. And it appears that you really lost Romania back in the 1540's, when the Ottoman's took it, and then never won back the hearts of the people because they were treated unfairly. And then Russia put a hurt on Austro-Hungary in WWI and prevented it from ever getting Romania back. So don't hate Slovenska(Slovakia is what we call it) and Romania. Hate the leadership of Russia for crashing against you in the war(though they did secure their own downfall by doing it), the hot-headedness of the Count Leopold von Berchtold of Austro-Hungary for declaring war in Serbia and helping to start WWI with his German allies, and the Ottoman Empire for causing so much unrest.

But I hate them, becouse there are many Hungarian people live in Slovakia, and the Slovakians (and Romanians) are often beats the Hungarian people, JUST becouse they are Hungarians, and they speak on their motherlanguage. They think, they are the God in their (OURS) land. They are irritating me...

And USA well they may not have STARTED any wars but they sure as hell did not do anything to stop it. Well to my knowledge at least.
Even on the federal military site it states Canada's military opperation is relativly small compared to other Nato nations. We have no nuclear arms. We have a very small air force. Our navy is fine, i see many destroyers at the esquimalt harbor (Near victoria) when i go there. And i have no clue about the army its self. Canada is completly autonomos* now. We have great ties with many countries. I mean look at our foreign policy with cuba. I can't believe US government is still so strong headed with that. Castro is a genius. Anyways, as i was saying. Joining a war is only necessary if it is in the best interest of the Canadian people. Not the commonwealth and not the francophonie. All the crap Zero and others were giving is complety unvalid. During WW1 we had to go. We were still under the british empire and they ruled the country. In WW2 there was a referendum and the majority voted yes to the war. Remember Canada was in ww2 a lot longer than US

We hate Cuba because they had no problem with being a Nuclear launch pad for Russia. They'd have slaughtered any amount of us that Russia told them to. And I'm not so sure Castro can be called a genius... If he had launched anything against us, we'd have sunk his island. That, and the fact that most Cubans live in poverty. He doesn't have the US as a trading partner, but it's not that big an island, and he's got South America, Central America, and the rest of the Carribean to trade with in the immediate area, so he should be fine. I don't think his economic policies are very well thought out, or adaptive since they haven't had the ability to foster any extra growth in recent times that I'm aware of.
Plus, we still get the occasional smuggled Cuban cigars, so what are we missing out on?

I think we're strong enough to make them a crater if they launched a Russian nuke at us. We do have over 9,000 of the things, as I recall. Russia has twice as many, but they haven't been keeping them in very good condition since the collapse, I hear. They probably have a few duds.

I'd hate to live in Russia because it's so ****ing pathetic. How a country like that rivals the US in the space department when a 80% alchoholic population beats me. And Russia was in a state of decay about 60 years ago.

When I was in high school we had a Russian foreign exchange student. He was a junior, and he was in my physics class. He aced every test because he was pretty far ahead of what we were doing, mathematically. I think they have higher educational standards than we do.

mathmatically every continent but north america has higher educational standards than us. Trust me, all the brazilian, spanish, and german exchange students we had this year aced our math 11 class and physics. One of them skipped right to calculus the 2nd semester

canadas education is practically as bad as USA. BC's education standards, i believe, are the lowest in the country. Atleast the way the school system works is better. I have a cousin in L.A who has public highschool one month on, one month off. That would be fricken retarded.

our arguments have nothing to do with people who are born with cognotive skills. Everywhere else, people are educated better and harsher than the US. When we are doing physics at 16/17. They are doing it at 14/15. In India and Iran students are taught 8 subjects a day..i belive thats a terrible way to go about things, but the kids there know the value of their education in their country and will spend 4 hours a day studying it. They move to countries like ours and ace everything because either they've done it, orthey are used to studying for long periods of time.

Think about it...people send their kids to America to learn...why would they do that if we didn't have a high educational standard and reputation. In the same perspective, you have to realize that only the smartest are being sent to America to learn. It's like getting a scholarship with Harverd, only one out of like 200+ Amazingly bright students get a full paid scholarship to Harverd every year.
You can run....but you'll just die tired.
