Restarting on USEAST ladder

I used to post here a long time ago, before the site changed majorly. I stopped playing D2 after getting tired of being screwed over by people. I'm bored at school and I decided I'd try to give it another shot. So I was hoping to possibly get a rush on USEAST ladder. Also, we used to have a chat channel, does that still exist?
