Agreed. I hurt my elbow somehow playing catch with my brother-in-law when I was on vacation a last month. We were throwing this orange plastic ball of my sons, and I threw it as hard as I could. I must have throwin it weird. Now it hurts when I bend it a certain way.

Yah I did that too when I played Softball for the Army....stupid elbow was sore for weeks.

What I need to do is not walk on gravel in high heels and open a car door that is parked on an incline 0.o

Then be stupid enough to keep holding the handle as I fall......ruined the pantyhose but...meh.....

Depends on how often you check this thread....just pulled my stupid shoulder out and tore the damn cartilage in the rotatory cuff...slipped on wet gravel still holding the door handle of the car.....this will hurt awhile.

hah, i'm in the process of strengthening my shoulders to prevent anymore iinjury to my rotator cuffs. It doesn't hurt anymore but just swining my arm will make it pop and pain comes. Bench press is the worst...i have to keep my shoulders completly still to stop any pain.

and as for elbow...the funny thing is this somehow happend to both my elbows. often i play my guitar while playing wc3 or something. If the game is getting intense i'll lay the guitar flat on my lap. Now when i pull my elbow back for anyreason the nerve (called the funny bone) knocks into the sharp metal bridge. At first you just get the pain, but stupidly i managed to do this like 20 other times at like 10 other occations and now at the slightest touch it feels like an eletric shock running down my fingers.
