I drink water like water. I drink Dr.Pepper, however, like it's ambrosia.

Not much for vodka. It's effin bitter as shit. Makes my tongue want to kill itself. About 5 times worse than red wine. Red wine is about as bitter as I go.

Vodka is cheap and easy to get in Russia,and made their life of work easier to take. I drink beer
and it helps my chronic back pain ...from breaking it at age 12.
Now it has arthrits and aches with weaher changes.

Russians are a hardy people and live with extrem weather.

I got a severly crushed vertabrea.....it was fractured thru out...I did not find this out untill I went into the Army.....when my Mom took me to the DR.......he was 82 years old....all he did was say I had arthritis....no exrarys....it took living in pain for 4 years before I saw that my back had been broken.
I just sucked it up...graduated with honors....and moved on.

Life is not about avoiding the storm............

Alcohol is great for pain, though I could do without the hangovers lol last year was the first time I ever had a hangover...I was moving and decided to have a moving party the night before and thought that I had never had a hangover so I would be fine....I WAS WRONG! Worst day ever lol
