I got a question about TMC or if there is a mod like TMC

Okay, so ever since v1.12 patch there's been banning's for TMC

If there is a patch to DL from v1.12 patch to go to v1.11, will i still get banned for using TMC? or is there any other type of faster cast rate mods? i hate teleporting really slow. Or is there a way I can use TMC or another mod just like tmc but for only fcr or aswell as other mods to w/o getting banned?

Diablo II Sector > TMC's Breakpoint Mod
this will get you banned. so i do not recommend using it
