potions -->PRIORITY<-- ?????

can anyone tell me where the file is that will let me set up so that it does not go to town everytime he drinks 1 potion? the old version had it in the charicter config file but its not there on the new one. any help would be much appreciated not only by me but also by the people who die everytime i go to town for 1 potion.
