D2NT bot won't drink pots

For some reason my bot won't drink pots. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Here's my setup:

Belt: First two slots are Life pots, second two slots are Mana pots
HotKeys: Primary are F1-F4, Secondary are 1-4. Although I've tried using 1-4 as my primary.

Here are the relevant settings from my config file:

NTConfig_BeltColType[0] = "hp";
NTConfig_BeltColType[1] = "hp";
NTConfig_BeltColType[2] = "mp";
NTConfig_BeltColType[3] = "mp";

NTConfig_LifeThresh = 70;
NTConfig_ManaThresh = 30;

I can't think of what else I should do. I'm using D2NT 3.0. I read the changelist for the new version, it didn't list anything relevant. The bot just won't drink potions. He'll buy them, he'll go talk to Akara (or whoever the appropriate healer is) whenever he's in town, but he will not use a potion while killing stuff. Thanks so much for the help.
