Final Fantasy 14

Well it is out,and I get my game soonish....I fret a tad about starting over and making new characters...
any that know me here,are well aware I am NOT what you would designate as a true *gamer*

However,many friends of mine from FFXI have sent e-mails and made phone calls urging me to play this new game.
I admit readily I am scared to death,and hope I can learn it and excell.
My FFXI *Game Husband* gave me little choice and bought the game for me.......
NOW he is talking about how well my computer can support the game....even with a new graphics card....

In short....he is looking to buy me a new computer........since he is the computer geek in our relationship I leave it up to him....

LMAO.... no sugar daddy for JOO! In all seriousness he buys me things all the time...most I don't ask for,and pays for FFXI and FF14 for me himself.
I have the game installed,but configuration is a tad tricky. They have REALLY increased security methods due to accounts being hacked and stolen.

My FFXI characters,and her 12 mules are so advanced and have such great gear and weapons (game husband is a tad jealous of it) I was offered 1k for one of my mules names (Alucard)
and 2k to sell my whole character outright.

Don't you love it when FF final boss battles are these giant blobs of all this crazy stuff put together? Awesomeness.

Dude you should see some of the strange monsters they came up with for this new game....some look like flying sperm and attack you when you are out at sea 0.o

i perfer final; fantasy 6. nice, long, and deep. not to mention the final battle is 4 hard bosses in a row.

What is actually hilarious...upon thinking about it is this....I never played any of the old ones on any game system. I would pop popcorn and watch the kids play and ask questions about the storyline.
Which drove them up the wall,but I did it anyway.*grins all wicked like* Hell if I payed for the game system they were on AND the game...they could at least indulge me!
