Zeal bot vs Phys Immunes

Howdy,

Wasn't sure where the best place to post this would be... so I'm taking a stab and trying here.

I swapped my hdin over to a zealer with last wish, hoz, and enigma. This is only temporary until I get the time to make another hdin.. or figure out what I'm doing with my life.
Meanwhile, what's the best solution for when my zealer encounters a phys immune? The bot gets real confused and kind of gives up and stands there.

I'm going to eventually pick up a pride for the merc, hopefully that'll fix it... but am broke atm and can't afford that.
Thoughts? Ideas?

1:get eth reapers toll for act 2 merc

When a Paladin undertakes a crusade to banish evil, he is permitted to call upon the just souls of past crusades. Thus summoned, the spirits of the honorably vanquished manifest themselves and lend their energies to the weapons of the Paladin.
Effect: Adds Elemental (Fire, Lightning and Cold) damage to all melee attacks.
The Damage bonus applies to all three elemental damages. At level 1, it would be +70% Fire, +70% Cold, and +70% Lightning (not Poison).
Poison is not included in the Vengeance Skill.
Monster resistances have the ability to reduce the additional elemental damage.

Edit: In the following paragraph I ask if last wish doesn't work because of decrep not stacking with other curses. What I meant to say is that my zealer has dracs for the life tap. So obviously there's no issue for last wish, but the dracs and the reaper's toll sort of conflict.
Thoughts on that?
Double edit: I just noticed LW has lifetap also... I need to get my life together =\

I am stuck on a few things, however

yeah I understand about conflicting curse,and you still feel you need the lifetap to survive properly.What you could do is keep an amp damage set in stash, and switch out when needed even if its only the amulet.Grief phaseblade is superb zealer weapon having a chance to cast venom and insane speed,if you switched to grief you would only have to worry about dual poison/physical immunes.As far as mercenaries go Stick with the act 2 defensive,but switch to normal instead of hell,they both have the same aura,but the normal one has better stats.And a veangence build is pretty fun with the right equipment,and is capable of pretty good damage and has no weaknesses especially if you use poison charms.Also a melee character doesn't need the meditation aura,they just need a little mana leech.[COLOR="Silver"]

As does the addition of a dream helm for the holyshock aura.Now what you need to do is find the combination that you can afford and still keep lifetap(if you wish) my recommendations would be

1:Grief PB
2Big Grinream Helm
3Big Grinracul's grasp(or if you can afford it an eth exile gives defiance and lifetap,enabling you to use a different merc,like maybe holyfreeze
4:elemental damage sc's

With the above setup though you need to find some fcr gear like rings belt or ammie so you can hit the first fcr breakpoint at least,or else your bot won't tele worth crap

Reapers Toll is what I always went with back in the day, if you use Dracs for life tap, the curses do not cause too much problem together because the life tap on Dracs has a larger area of effect and casts less frequently, while the decrepify on Reapers Toll casts more often, with a smaller area of effect (basically only the small area your merc is fighting in), they will cancel each other out, but not often enough to cause problems.

That's my experience from my barb, never used a zealer enough to know if that amount of life tap will work for you.

You should have at least 1 point into vengeance just in case of phys immunes anyways, it still should be enough to get the job done in those cases. The bot you use is smart enough to switch skills for different immunities right?

Dumb question, I went to the diablo wiki and found the fcr tables, I'm kinda confused on the reading of the table.
Breakpoints - Diablo Wiki
For the Palidin, does this table suggest that with a fcr of 9 the frames for the palidin cast drop to 14? Then with 18% the frames drop to 13, no?
Hope I'm reading that right.

That is a really messed up chart for fcr lol(the wiki chart) we actually have a much better one in the paladin section of character builds,anyway this is from that thread And this is the link Paladin builds)

Anyway as you can see here the paladin has a base fcr of 15 frames and it takes 125% fcr to reach 9 frames which is as fast as a paladin can get.I suggest checking out that link and the character build stickies,you may be surprised.
