Basically I want my bot to pick up all the items, rare, magics, uni's etc. But I don't want my bot to ID my unique's. How would I go about doing that?

you would have to edit the item_config file, whichever one is selected in the char_config folder for paladin, sorc, etc.
(you would either have normal, advanced, or extreme)
this stormshield example is perfect
would look like this:

[Name] == Monarch && [Quality] == unique && [Flag] != identified # [Defense] >= 140 // Stormshield

see where it shows != identified, that means is not identified, so for every unique monarch that the defense is greater than 140 it'll stash it without identifying it

or you could do this for other items:

default: [Type] == gloves && [Quality] == rare && [Flag] != ethereal # [IAS] >= 20 && [Strength]+[Dexterity] >= 20

edited to keep without identifying for rare gloves: [Type] == gloves && [Quality] == rare && [Flag] != ethereal
