Question about D2NT Cubing & PickIt

If I want to cube, for example, Ko runes to Fal runes, do I need to have pickit set to pick up flawed sapphires or will setting the script to cube Ko runes make the bot pick up the other ingredients (ie flawed sapphire) when necessary? Or do I need to configure pickit to pick up the ingredients for the recipe as well?

no need to set the pickit, just enable the recipes
