Alright, so far its been fairly easy going for setting up and getting the bot running. However I have run into a few small yet managable problems.
Movement (Windowed Mode): When the Bot first creates a new game and is moving through town he kind of zig-zags all over the place and has trouble moving to his destinations (only done Harrogath). It works fine in Full Screen however. I'm thinking it has to do with his default mouse position, as for when I moved it directly under him, he moved smoother yet still slightly akward. Is there any way to change the default position and if there is, what file/line.

Edit: Noticed some other things now that I have completed a full run with the Holy Bolt Fiasco fixed.
Q1: How do I turn off the bot running to town because it has Amplify Damage on him?
Q2: Bot ran to town after killing Baal's Minions to ID items/buy potions, is there any way to make him go straight to Baal and skip town?
Q3: After Killing Baal, it closed down Diablo 2 when it tried to exit game. Is this supposed to happen or is it some kind of error?
Q4: Is there a way to get it to Pickit items before all current targets in range are dead?
