Anyone know how I can use the bot to join already made or follow baal runs to leech exp?

As far as I know, the basic D2NT does not have leechbot. If you are interested in Leechboting I suggest making the switch to GVEtal. GVEtal is a heavily modified version of D2NT by a group of developers and it includes everything the regular D2NT has and quite a bit more, especially newer features and far more available scripts.
