D2NT Potion problem

I have a small problem thats making it kinda impossible to leave the bot alone. Every now and then when he runs out of mana he won't use pots to restore it. It seems to mostly happen with the mana burn mobs but its happened just from running out of mana via spells. Any idea how to fix this?
